Dirty Unicorns 14.7 is now available for the Google Pixel 4a, Redmi Note 7, and Moto G7 Plus
After a bit of a development hiatus following the release of their Android Pie builds, the Dirty Unicorns team announced their return with the release of Android 10 ROMs. The initial list of supported devices includes the Google Pixel XL, Pixel 2 XL, Pixel 3, Pixel 3 XL, Pixel 3a XL, Pixel 4 XL, and the Motorola Moto G5 Plus, with unofficial releases for the Google Pixel 3a and the Pixel 4. And now, the developer team behind this popular custom ROM has added official support for the Google Pixel 4a. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 and the Motorola Moto G7 Plus have also made their way to the official roster.
Dirty Unicorns member Josh Chasky, AKA XDA Recognized Developer NYCHitman1, is the maintainer of the newly added devices. You can find Dirty Unicorns 14.7 stable builds for them in the official download portal. Note that the flashing process is a little bit different for devices without TWRP (such as the Pixel 4a), so it is advisable to consult the device-specific support thread before installation.
The Dirty Unicorns 14.7 forum threads for each newly supported device is as follows:
- Google Pixel 4a (code-name “sunfish”)
- Motorola Moto G7 Plus (code-name “lake”)
- Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 (code-name “lavender”)

Along with the inclusion of the aforementioned devices and the new releases that follow, the DU team has another important announcement to make. The Dirty Unicorns 14.7 is tagged as the final Android 10-based build because the developers are going to focus all their efforts to rebase the ROM on top of the new Android 11 release. There is, however, no ETA on when the next iteration of DU will be released.
We have released DU14.7 which will be our last Official build in the Q cycle. This means that support for Q will cease and work will begin on R (Android 11) in the near future.
We hope that everyone was able to enjoy DU this cycle as we have.

Dirty Unicorns 14.7 is mostly polishing some of the rougher edges from older releases and bringing a better, more secure experience for users. Keeping that in mind, NYCHitman1 has also compiled a final Android 10-based DU 14.7 build for the Google Pixel C (code-name “dragon”). It is worth mentioning that the Pixel C isn’t officially supported by the Dirty Unicorns team, which means interested users have to download the ROM package from the thread linked below.
