Honor Magic3 Series Launched with Focus on Camera Innovation!

HONOR has just finished its first global launch event in over two years, and this one was particularly special because not only was this HONOR’s return to the global stage as an independent company, the launch it also saw the introduction of the HONOR Magic3 Series!

Those who follow smartphones should be aware that the Magic series does not follow a traditional annual release cycle — the last Magic device was released in 2018 — because HONOR wants to ensure each new Magic bring meaningful innovations, and the HONOR Magic3 Series is set to do just that.

We at XDA were excited to partner with HONOR to celebrate this event with a live stream watch party. Our team – including Editor in chief Mishaal, Senior Editor Ben and Video Host TK – watched the HONOR Magic3 Series launch event in real-time and came away impressed. The HONOR Magic3 Series consist of three devices, and all are premium flagship phones to various degrees, with the highest end tier, the Pro+, obviously bringing the most flash and power. The Magic3 Series will be the first phone series launched in Europe with the Snapdragon 888+ SoC (and one of the first phones anywhere in the world to launch with that brand new chip), and all three models of the Magic3 Series features a stunning camera system with an emphasis on shooting professional Hollywood grade videos.
